Jeannie Mudry
Jeannie Mudry
Bio: Jeannie Mudry is back with TEAM
ZEUS again for the 2008 season. Jeannie came to us last year and went on to
compete in the 2007 Western Canadians in Kelowna, BC. She placed 2nd in the
Masters class and then then won the Middleweight class! She then traveled to
Toronto, Ontario to compete at the World Qualifier were she placed 8th in the
Masters class and 5th in the open Lightweight class.
This year Jeannie hopes to improve on her
conditioning and keep climbing in her placings. She will be competing in
Kelowna at the Western Canadians on May 3rd 2008, and then the World Qualifier
in Winnipeg, Manitoba on June 14 2008.
Jeannie is very determined and I never hear her complain.
She inspires ME!

Travis Snider
Travis Snider
Bio: Travis is finally getting ready
for a show again. After a good run in 2006, Travis and I decided the best thing
for him was to take a year off from competing. He needed to put on more size
and get some maturity as well. Travis is a freak! He has made very impressive
gains in the past year and the results should be noticed by the judges this
year. With arms over 22" and sitting at an offseason high of over 270lbs with
abs, this is going to be exciting to see Travis grind it out on stage. I expect
big things from him as he is still very young and has lots of room to keep
growing. The guy can go as far as he wants in this sport.
The plan for this year is to do his novice
show again to qualify for the Provincials. 2009 will see the Canadian
Bodybuilding Championships come to Vancouver for the first time in over 20
years. Travis will make his National debut then, after even more growing! Watch
for Travis to be recocognized by some major supplement company very soon. He
has good looks and again with his age, is very marketable!

Victoria Morgenstern
Victoria
Morgenstern
Bio: Victoria Morgenstern is a Grand
Master competitor who has done very well at the Provincial shows here in BC.
She has just started to diet for the 2008 BC's and will be competing in the
open and grand masters classes to try and qualify for the Canadian
Nationals.
I have seen Victoria compete since her first
show in 2005 at the Sandra Wickham Fall Classic. This year we plan to bring her
muscularity up a little more and get her shredded.
The thing with Victoria is, is that she
doesn't look her age and when she is onstage she appears bigger than she really
is. I am looking forward to working with Victoria and will post her progress
later as she gets closer to her show.

Zoa Linsey
Zoa Linsey
Bio: Zoa Linsey came to TEAM ZEUS
shortly after the 2007 Canadian Nationals. I have known Zoa, not on a personal
level, but from seeing her at the gym, shows etc. We have become friends with
her and her main pillar of support her husband Joseph. Zoa currently lives in
Japan and trains on an American military base there. She also has a sucessful
personal training/fitness business that keeps her busy while Joseph runs the
physical fitness programs and facilities on base. You can see more about Zoa by
checking out her website www.zoalinsey.com
Zoa had a rough go at the 2007 Canadians
after coming down with a flu-like virus when travelling from Japan. She was so
sick that she had to withdrawl from the morning prejudging. This was a huge
disappointment as she had worked her butt off for 2 years trying to make the
necessary improvements to climb higher than her 3rd place finish at the 2005
Canadians.
Zoa is still in her offseason which going
extremely well. She is training harder than ever and working adding a little
more size through out her back. I am excited for Zoa. I know that she will
follow everything with no questions, and she has the drive to dig down deep to
work harder than her competition. She heading back to Montreal to win! She also
has something to prove to everyone including herself after what happened last.
We are on the right track and moving quickly!!!

Chris Gordon
Chris Gordon
Bio: Chris Gordon is currently
training for the 2008 BC's. He will be competing in the masters, and open
classes in order to qualify and compete at the 2009 Canadian Bodybuilding
Championships in Vancouver. Chris has done well so far winning the welterweight
class at the 2006 BC's. With time off to grow, Chris is looking to put it all
together and bring the level of conditioning needed to win at the Provincial
level.
Chris has made pretty impressive gains since
coming to TEAM ZEUS and has a very focused attitude when it comes to all
aspects of training and dieting. I look forward to seeing Chris get into shape
and become a threat on stage. I wish we all had the enthusiasm that Chris has!
Watch here for progress pics from his journey to the show in July!

Duane Borsa
Duane Borsa
Bio: Duane is a BIG guy! He competed
in the 2007 SWFC and placed 2nd in the heavyweight class. While Duane looked
good he was a little soft and over dieted which hurt his final placing. This
was his first show though and we have taken control of his eating and training
and Duane is responding like crazy. With a family and demanding job Duane has a
ton of support at home with focus and determination. Duane has responded very
well to his short offseason training, with his weight climbing up to 270lbs and
his conditioning being better than he was at 9 weeks out from his last
show.
Duane is now into his 2008 Provincials diet
and still growing. I expect Duane to present a completely different package
this time out. Conditioning is paramount for Duane, and he wants this BAD!!! So
far wroking with Duane is nothing but a pleasure. He is very interested in what
he is doing. He doesn't just want to be told to do something without knowing
"why".
Bodybuilding competition is a new thing for
Duane, and his training has only been serious for the past couple of years.
With a little more time, Duane is going to become another in the long line of
extreme freaks that seem to come out of BC! I am very proud of the progress and
attitude so far and also have big expectations for this BIG guy, another 20"+
armed gunslinger!!!

Cea Anna Kerr
Cea Anna Kerr
Bio: Cea Anna came to TEAM ZEUS late
in 2006 and began training with us for the 2007 Figure/Fitness Canadian
Nationals. She was coming off an overall win at the Saskatchewan Provincials.
Cea Anna was a dream client who followed everything perfectly. She was able to
add a little more size without ruining her physique. Figure is a tough category
when it comes to the right combinations of size and conditioning. We took a
long look at the girls who were winning at the pro level and decided we would
target that look.
Cea Anna entered the show in the open class
and the masters class. They had announced that the masters winner would be
eligible for IFBB Pro status. She wanted to have the extra chance at turning
pro and we thought it was a great idea.
Cea Anna took the stage and was instantly
noticed by the judges. She was on fire!!! WHen the dust settled, she had won
the masters class and got her IFBB Pro card. She then went into the open class
and placed 3rd. Incredible considering that this was only Cea Anna's third
show. She is now an IFBB Pro with her pro debut set at the IFBB Atlantic City
Pro at the end of this summer.
I can't put into words what it felt like when
she won. We were blown away!!! We are so proud of Cea Anna and all the ahrd
work she puts into her training. She is also supported by her husband, himself
a provincial overal champion and recently signed Muscle Tech athlete.
Watch here for Cea Anna's progress as she
gets ready for her pro debut and take a look at her website

Chris Raby
Chris Raby
Bio: Chris is now focusing on taking
this next year to add more size and thickness. In his first show, Chris
competed and placed 3rd in the middleweight class. One year later he competed
again in a level 2 regional show in Ottawa and weighing in as a middleweight
again, but with INSANE conditioning, he was able to take the class and the
overall. He is qualifed to compete at the ultra competitive Ontario
Bodybuilding Championships in 2009. Chris has learned that conditioning is the
only thing that matters onstage. He knows weight means nothing if you are
soft!
Being my little brother, I am sooooo
extremely proud of his efforts so far, and feel he has the ability to become a
force at the national level. He may just be the next "pro" Raby! Chris will
focus this next year on just training his ass off. We will begin dieting right
after X-mas 2008 and push hard for a provincial win!
Watch here for updates on Chris' offseason
progress as the year goes on.
