The show started with this trailer for the new Xbox One S detailing it’s slimmer and sharper appearance, retailing at $299 and set to be released this August.
Gears of War 4 was next to take the stage, announced to be one of the first games to be a part of the Xbox Play Anywhere program and featuring cross play between Xbox One and Windows 10, a Co-op campaign demo was played live on stage, which was followed by a trailer for a Gears of War themed Xbox Elite controller.
An announcement for a new character for Killer Instinct came next, followed by a trailer for Forza Horizon 3 and then some gameplay was shown featuring 4 players playing together on Xbox One and Windows 10, Forza Horizon 3 will be available September 27th.
A Recore trailer was then shown showcasing gameplay and a September 13th date, Final Fantasy XV was next up with a gameplay demo of a boss fight, with the game releasing on September 30th.
Battlefield 1 was up next, with a release date set for October 21st, but for Ea Access members they’ll be able to play first on October 13th, a Gameplay trailer was then shown.
More details for the future of Xbox Live came next, including Cortana, Backwards music, Clubs on Xbox Live, Looking for Group on Xbox Live and Arena on Xbox Live, all set to be released in the Fall.
Next up was Minecraft showing off the Friendly Update and Minecraft Realms, and showcased gameplay featuring Tablets and VR, after that was an announcement trailer for Xbox Design Labs, and a trailer for Inside set to be available June 29th.
ID@Xbox was next up on stage, first showing off a trailer of upcoming Independent games, followed by We Happy Few available on Xbox Game Preview July 26th, and then an announcement of a standalone Witcher 3 multiplayer Gwent game coming this September.
Gameplay for Tekken 7 came next set to come Early 2017, and then a trailer for Dead Rising 4 coming Holiday 2016, and then some gameplay for Scalebound was shown with no release date given except for sometime in 2017.
Sea of Thieves came next, with gameplay showing off the fans of the game playing together, following that was a trailer for State of Decay 2 coming 2017.
The last game to be shown was Halo Wars 2 set to launch February 21st 2017, and the announcement of a week long Beta, starting now.
One final trailer was shown, for a new Xbox One console, called Project Scorpio the most powerful console yet, and set to launch Holiday 2017, and then one final wrap up of everything shown to conclude the presentation.
