E3: Ubisoft's Conference Overview

Ubisoft had a large number of games expected to make an appearance at E3, but they started with something unexpected.

South Park: The Stick of Truth is getting a sequel. The new game is called South Park: The Shattered But Whole and is going to feature their superhero personas this time.

A new IP, called For Honor, was unveiled. The game features medieval combat with three factions and featured four players on each side assisting their AI troops in battle. The gameplay was emphasize as swordplay heavy.

The Crew is getting an expansion called the Wild Run. It releases on November 17.

Another expansion was teased, this time for Trials Fusion. The expansion is Awesome Level Max, and replaces the rider and bike with a sword-wielding cat and fire-breathing unicorn. It releases on July 14th.

Gameplay for Tom Clancy's The Division was shown. The Division has Dark Zones where players can obtain more loot at greater risk. Groups will be able to bump into each other and interact in Dark Zones, giving options to work together or against each other. Players will also be able to betray their groups for their loot. A beta comes out in the 2015 holidays, with a release date on March 8, 2016.

A new city simulation game, called ANNO 2205, was shown. The trailer shows a city built on the Earth that can be expanded onto the Moon.

Just Dance 2016 was shown with a trailer. Players will be able to play without a console camera, instead using their phone to dance along. Ubisoft also announced a Just Dance Unlimited subscription for the current generation, allowing console owners to get new songs for a monthly price.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege made an appearance with a trailer and gameplay footage. The mode Terrohunt has returned, and the game's environment is entirely destructible to allow for new strategies and surprises. Five people can play Terrohunt together, or someone can play solo with AI companions. Rainbow Six Siege will have a beta on September 24.

Gameplay was revealed for TrackMania Turbo. The fast paced racing game will have over 200 tracks as well as a random track generator.

A new cinematic trailer for Assassin's Creed Syndicate was revealed. No gameplay details were shared.

The final exhibit by Ubisoft was a trailer for a new game, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands. The open world game tasks players with taking down a drug cartel with up to four player coop.

With heavy hitters Division and Rainbow Six Siege being demoed for the audience, as well as the announcement of new South Park and Ghost Recon games, gave Ubisoft a large level of excitement and support. New IP For Honor is a new take on a classic setting, and there are plenty of racing game playtime upcoming for speed enthusiasts.
